*K.I.U. does not accept PayPal as a payment option – it is only shown as an option to provide a quote. Once the quote has been accepted, the client MUST provide a check or credit card to be added to the calendar.
*Check Users: Clients that use the check option to make their payment will need to have their check in the possession of K.I.U. Cleaning Inc. at least 3 business days prior to their cleaning date or it will not be scheduled.
*Credit Card Users: The day before your cleaning, your card on file will have a soft hold placed on it until the next day when the cleaning is complete and charged accordingly based on the cleaning services received. (excluding Property Management company’s &/or Commercial properties).
*K.I.U. Cleaning Inc., nor the Team Members provide refunds of any kind; our Policy is we clean until you are happy.
*If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, notify our office within 24 hours so we may return to re-clean what’s been missed or your complaint may not be honored.
*Any cleanings that are 4-hours or less will have only one team member. If your cleaning calculates to 5+ hours of cleaning. K.I.U. will send out 2 Team Members for 2 1/2 hours, etc.
*All coupons are one use per person, per household and cannot be combined with any other coupons unless expressed on coupon. Commercial clients, Landlords and Property Managers as well.
*Each coupon carries their own minimum value and terms and conditions. Commercial clients, Landlords and Property Managers as well.
*Referral Program: The referee will receive $25.00 off their next cleaning after the referred has received their 1st cleaning. The referred will receive $15.00 off of their 1st cleaning. Referee and Referred can refer as many people as they’d like, however; only one referee discount can be used per cleaning.
*You will receive a charge of $50.00 for the following reasons:
If the client cancels the cleaning after 5 o’clock pm the day before the cleaning.
*If the client neglects to provide access to the property and the Team Members arrive.
*If the client neglects to provide access to the property for the Team Members entry and asks for them to return.
*By clicking on the “Book Now” button in the online booking process, you understand that your credit or debit card will have a soft hold placed until the next day at the completion of your cleaning for the services rendered.
*By clicking on the “Book Now” button in the online booking process, you understand that K.I.U. Cleaning Inc. does not provide refunds of any kind. We will honor the difference in cleaning.
*By clicking on the “Book Now” button in the online booking process, you are agreeing to the terms & conditions and policies expressed within and above.
*Invoiced clients such as Commercial properties, Landlords, and Property Managers are required to make their payments on or before the due date. Payments 14 days delinquent will cause a pause in cleaning services until all past due balances are at zero due.
*Email Subscribers: K.I.U. does not sell any of your information to third parties of any kind. All information will be used for promotional purposes only through and from K.I.U. Cleaning Inc.. If you choose to cancel any subscriptions please send an email to Contact@kiu4u.com and title the subject CANCELLATION or call our office at 765-313-8885 for assistance.
