TURN-OVERS

Turn-Over Cleaning Services are available to property management companies, apartment complexes and landlords with more than 4 properties that K.I.U. cleaning Inc. will turn-over. Depending on the client’s needs, we can offer these services either seasonally or annually. Due to the quantity of units generally booked; K.I.U. and the client agrees to a schedule that works for all parties. Each turn has a detailed process to ensure that it is cleaned to the client’s satisfaction with detailed bathroom and kitchen cleanings plus appliances, reachable light fixtures, cabinets, drawers and closets throughout and also baseboards and windows.
